Case Study - The Manchester Golf Club
“When one of our golf club members collapsed and died from a cardiac arrest on the course in 2018, it hit home how vital fast access to a defibrillator would be in the event of another emergency.
Manchester Golf Club is a large-scale course, so finding a solution that would maximise the chances of survival became a priority.
That’s when we partnered with CardioCaddy. With funds raised from the Captain’s Charity, in 2019 we fitted three of their solar powered cabinets, with defibrillators, at strategic points across the course.
The CardioCaddy team were a pleasure to work with, the units are great and I know we’re in safe hands when it comes to ongoing service requirements.
